Who we are

These tools and the Voice product are built by Bonus Level Studio, LLC, independently. We're not affiliated with any OEM, salvage chain, distributor, manufacturer, or insurer. Questions or a removal request: email [email protected].

What we collect, and why

• The free tools (EV/cat-comp references, the missed-call calculator, cross-reference lookups) run with privacy-friendly, aggregate usage analytics only — no account, no session recording, and we don't use it to identify you.
• When you submit the calculator, unlock the breaker cross-reference, or use a form, we collect the email you enter and any optional details you add (calculator figures, company name, phone). To guard against spam and abuse — and to record your acceptance of our Terms when you unlock the cross-reference — our server also logs the IP address and browser user-agent of the request. We use this to follow up about what you asked for and to tell you about our tools and related products (such as Voice for Electrical). You can unsubscribe from any message.
• We don't sell, rent, index, or scrape it, and we won't add you to lists unrelated to our own tools and products. If that ever changes, we'll say so before it does.

Processing & storage

The email you submit is stored with our email provider (EmailOctopus). Your submission, including the technical details above (IP and user-agent), is relayed to an internal notification channel so we see your request. That's it.

Your choices: reply to any message (or email the address above) to unsubscribe or to have your information deleted. We'll honor it.
